Billy T. James
Billy T James (1948 - 1991) or William Taitoko was a man of many talents. As well as a comedian he was also a singer. He stared in his own TV show and was named Entertainer of the Year in 1981 and Entertainer of the Decade in 1985.
Someone once said about Billy that 'he taught us to laugh at ourselves'. A performance he gave at Pips Cabaret in February 1985, including skits and singing was recorded and subsequently released by Pagan Records.
